STAR Awards

Vision Awards
Introduced in 2010, and based on the theme"True vision is having the intelligent foresight to define a better, more productive future, " the TSIA Vision Award recognizes game-changing ideas in technology services that advance the industry and shape emerging trends. Vision Award participants gain industry recognition for their innovative work at Service Revolutions competitions held in conjunction with Technology Services World Best Practices.

Technology Services Recognized Innovator Awards
The Recognized Innovator Awards have become highly regarded in the services industry, representing the only independently judged awards program that recognizes innovation in technology services products and service offerings documented with customer case studies of measurable business value and results.

Support Staff Excellence
Support Staff Excellence (SSE) is a powerful staff development program that enables the delivery of a superior customer service experience by developing an organization's most critical service delivery resource: its people. Member companies that successfully complete the SSE program are eligible for the designation of Certified Support Staff Excellence Center.

Organizational Development Program Certification
TSIA members committed to demonstrating the powerful influence that service and support has on customers have entered the Organizational Development Program. Companies certified in the program are at the very top of their game — delivering unsurpassed support through all their major support channels.
