Offered on Tuesday at 11:00am, the Services Technology Advantage track presents case studies from companies who have successfully launched initiatives leveraging today's best products and services. Technology continues to be one of the most powerful levers to increase service efficiencies and improve the customer experience. With services technology spending on the rise, there's a whole new wave of innovation taking place that promises to deliver faster and more impactful business results. TSW | EXPO Theater Solution Sessions. Held on Tuesday during lunch, the TSW | EXPO Theater Solution Sessions offer an opportunity for TSIA partners to demonstrate their offerings, oftentimes with a customer co-presenter. These frequently standing-room-only presentations give attendees real-world, in-depth insight into today's hottest products and solutions in a group setting conducive to Q&A and application-specific scenarios.

Recognized Innovator Awards and Tour. The Recognized Innovator Awards have become highly regarded in the service industry, representing the only independently judged awards program that recognizes innovation in technology services products and service offerings that are documented with customer case studies of measurable business value and results. Recognized Innovators are selected by a panel of judges, including industry experts and TSIA members. Finalists are showcased during the Innovation Tour on the Solutions Stage, led by TSIA vice president of technology research John Ragsdale. Tour participants are invited to cast their votes for "Best in Tour" which is announced along with the Recognized Innovator Award winners at the Awards Luncheon on Wednesday.

Solutions Heatmap Touch-screens. Placed strategically throughout the TSW | EXPO, our Solutions Heatmap touch-screens direct conference-goers to providers that fall within specific service disciplines and functional areas of expertise. For example, if you're looking for providers who are at the top of their game in field service optimization, then a quick tap on the touch-screen will direct you to companies offering those solutions. Or, maybe web collaboration is the one area where you crave insight, and then approach the screen and within seconds you'll be directed to leaders in the field. The Solutions Stage, centrally located in the TSW | EXPO, provides the perfect setting for TSIA vice president of technology research John Ragsdale to interview solutions providers and reveal the power of the Solutions Heatmap touch-screen. Always drawing a large and curious crowd, the Solutions Stage is our technology forum featuring the latest hot technology trends and information you can use to take your organization to the next level of efficiency and effectiveness.

John Ragsdale Power Hour Session. In the TSIA Power Hour track on Monday afternoon, TSIA's VP of technology research, John Ragsdale, will present the latest TSIA research and trends from the annual Technology Adoption and Planned Spending survey. Conducted each year, this annual survey provides both year-over-year changes and reveals the trends to be aware of and plan for in 2012 and beyond.
